As Personnel consultancy we play the classical role of mediator between two contracting parties: client and candidate.

Successful placement of labour requires considering both contracting parties' needs, conceptions and wishes. Hence intensive exchange of views with the client, the potential candidate and, logically, in good time, between both negotiators in each step of mandate processing is essential. Its success requires discretion, honesty and confidence in all communication phases.

Procedure of Mandate Processing

Being mandated, we need to create the basis for addressing a candidate directly. For this purpose we want to familiarize ourselves with your company structure and objective and particularly to comprehend them in connection with the vacancy to be filled in.

For personal acquaintance, we usually organize get-togethers with our clients or their authorized persons possibly before we are mandated.

Our Targets:

  • Prepare an informative and detailed requirement or job profiles to provide for our interested candidates
  • Obtain information and arguments for an exchange with our candidates
